About Lamont House
Built in 1955—the first new house after the quad was completed—Lamont is ideally located on Prospect Street near the Campus Center and five minutes from downtown Northampton. Named for Florence Corliss Lamont, class of 1893, the house features a striking octagonal dining room added in a 1994 renovation.
