About Rothman House
A late-1800s building (formerly known as 150 Elm) that has been part of Smith since its founding, Rothman House accommodates 12 Ada Comstock Scholars and remains open during all breaks and summer (with additional fees). Renamed in May 2024 to honor Eleanor Rothman, founding director of the Ada Comstock Scholars Program, through which nearly 2,500 women have earned degrees since 1975.
